Our Process

  1. Quality vs Quantity.  Instead of going after the masses to fill your position we really narrow down what you specifically need.  We create a clearly defined position in great detail.   

  2. Every Company is Unique.  After meeting with our clients, we can determine what their internal culture is like.  Are they conservative or open?  What is the personality, environment and culture of their company?  By thoroughly understanding these key measures, we can make sure the candidate fits the client and has the best chances for a long term relationship.

  3. Search for ideal matches.  We save our clients time by doing all the searches.  We may have to go through over 100 candidates to find 2 or 3 matches.

  4. The Previews.  We submit resumes of candidates who have the highest fit for our clients to review.
  1. Perfect Match.  Our clients meet with their choice of candidates.  In the event there is not a match, we revisit the position description and begin the process all over until the right candidate is found.
